Delivery Info
Upon receipt of your order, we will contact you by either telephone or email to arrange a convenient delivery date. Delivery of the Artwork shall be made by us or our carrier to the address for delivery shown in the Order Form. It is important that this address is accurate. We can deliver to your home or work place, so that you can always be available to receive your artwork. We will endeavour to deliver the goods as soon as possible, however, please allow the following times for delivery. UK and Europe Up to 15 working days Overseas Up to 28 working days All artworks are are very well packed with plenty of bubble wrap and cardboard. The P+P is included in the cost of the painting. However, if you outside of the UK please contact Elin to get details of P+P. Returned Goods If you are dissatisfied with the goods received, please notify Elin Bjorsvik in writing within 7 working days of receipt for a refund. We recommend that returned goods are sent by Recorded Delivery as we cannot refund goods that are lost in the post.
