An exhibition of acrylic paintings by Elin Bjorsvik opens at Gallery 27, 27 Cork Street, Mayfair, London, W1S 3NG on Monday 25 February until Saturday 1 March 2008. The exhibition show's Elin's recent works which is a selection of three-dimensional geometrical and abstract paintings which have been created by manipulating light, tone and shadow through several layers of paint and texture to create an illusion of space and depth. The geometrical modelled forms are composed into a series of three-dimensional surrealistic landscapes, which express her interest in the surreal and unusual.
